DEFACTO realations develops new system architecture for Manor, Switzerland's largest department store chain.
With the goal of optimising standard campaigns, such as welcome or birthday-mailings, as well as facilitating the centralisation of management of marketing activities, DEFACTO realations has integrated six solutions which are perfectly tailored to the requirements of Manor AG. Manor did not implement a standard suite, but rather opted for a tailor-made solution that fulfilled the requirements without any compromises and in which all modules interlock seamlessly. To this end the system architecture was developed using a "best-of-breed" strategy.
In addition to Dynamics CRM and Microsoft’s Azure Cloud, the Apteco Marketing Suite™ is an integral part of the new marketing automation system architecture.
Thanks to the integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Apteco Marketing Suite™, customer data from their CRM system can be analysed and linked with campaign participation data. The Apteco Marketing Suite™, with its modules Apteco FastStats® (data analysis, targeted selections and data visualisation) and Apteco PeopleStage™ (campaign management across multiple levels and channels) is first choice in automated online and offline marketing.
