The 2018 12th annual Apteco User Group Conference will be
on Friday 16th November at the Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent
Garden, London. This full day event is free and exclusive to
Apteco's approved partners and their clients with Apteco software
licences. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet the Apteco
team and learn about new and planned features directly from the
developers of the Apteco Marketing Suite™.
A range of focus groups will be on offer, allowing delegates to
tailor their day based on the topics and discussions that
interest them the most. Presentations from the 2018 Best use of
the Apteco Marketing Suite™ Award finalists will illustrate how
the software is being used to tackle real world business
challenges and everyone will be invited to vote before the winner
is announced at the end of the day.

Email invitations have been sent to Apteco approved partners so
that they can invite their clients. Due to a high demand for
attendance at this event places will be limited and must be
booked in advance. However, we will strive to accommodate all of
our clients who would like to attend. If you are an Apteco
Marketing Suite™ user, please contact your Apteco approved
partner if you would like to attend the conference.
Places are limited and will be allocated equitably for all
partners and clients. There is a limit of two places for each
organisation wanting to attend. All delegates must have a valid
Apteco software licence when the conference takes place. We
will maintain a waiting list if we have excess demand for the

attending, then they may apply for places for additional members
of staff to accompany them. Each partner will be limited to a
maximum of one partner delegate per client organisation

How to Book
We are using the Eventbrite online booking system again to manage
registrations using company booking codes. Booking codes will
allow you to book two places for delegates at your organisation.
Please do not use codes for delegates at other organisations. You
can register places and manage bookings on behalf of colleagues /
clients, or alternatively you can send them the details to allow
them to register and manage their booking themselves. The event

Registration starts at 9am. The conference will begin at 9.30am
and close at 5.15pm.
The Event App
Apteco is pleased to offer a smart phone app again this year for
registered delegates. To use the app, you will need the email
address used to book your place via the Eventbrite online booking
system. Delegates can use the app to review the agenda, register
for focus group sessions, access the venue floor plan and ask
questions. During the day Apteco will keep everyone up to date
and make announcements using push notifications triggered by

The Venue - De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms
Standing on Great Queen Street, that connects Covent Garden with
Holborn in the West End of London, is the Grade II* listed De
Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. With a history dating back to 1775,
the building has long been an important event venue, and was once
home to the original Freemasons’ Tavern before becoming a hotel
in 1909. Since then, the venue has hosted some of the world‘s
leading politicians, royalty and celebrities with its grand
Georgian architecture and art-deco interiors. Arched ornate
ceilings, beautiful wood-panelling and dramatic chandeliers, the
Grand Hall creates an impressive space and is well-connected for
all major London transport links.
Best use of the Apteco Marketing Suite™ Award
The entry deadline for the
2018 Best use of the Apteco Marketing Suite™ Award is 5pm on
Wednesday 17th October 2018. This award is to celebrate the
effective use of the Apteco Marketing Suite™ to drive marketing
activities, improve the customer experience and to reward those
who have delivered measurable benefits to their organisation as a

for their favourite entry following an informal networking
session and short presentation by each of the finalists. The
winning entry will be announced at the end of the conference and
delegates will be invited to stay for celebratory drinks with the

Delegates can select from a range of focus groups. Delegates must
download the event app to book their focus group sessions. If
delegates don’t pre-book their choices, then they will need to
check which sessions have available spaces on the day.
